The Ember Registry
0 EMBERS RECORDED

525,600 minutes in a year.
How many moments will your family make matter?

A year has 525,600 minutes. Most of them disappear without a record.

An Ember is different. An Ember is a permanent record of a moment your family chose each other.

A campfire together. A family pulse completed. A one-on-one that mattered. A goal you reached together.

The moment passes. The record remains.

What is an Ember?

An Ember is a record of something your family actually did together.

It isn't a coin. It isn't something you buy. It isn't something you spend or trade. You earn Embers simply by showing up for your family through Family Basecamp.

Every Ember represents a real moment: a campfire held, a week where everyone checked in, a one-on-one between parent and child, a goal reached together. Nothing is promised in advance. Nothing is created for speculation. An Ember exists because something happened.

The moment is temporary. What it meant to your family can last forever.

Every Ember records a moment that already happened.

It cannot be bought. It cannot be sold. It cannot be traded. Because an Ember isn't something you own in a wallet.

It's something your family earned by being there for one another.

Why keep a record at all?

Because most days don't feel like they matter, until you look back.

Five or ten years from now, you'll be able to look back and see it: the nights you chose each other over the easier option, the ordinary weeks that quietly became a rhythm.

Fifteen or twenty years from now, your kids will light their own fire, with their own children. And they'll be able to see it too. That's what a record is for. Not to prove anything to anyone else — to give your family something true to look back on, and something real to hand forward.

The Ember ladder

Earned by your family. Built through showing up. Your Ember count reflects the rhythm your family is building together.

The Referral ladder

Some families don't just build their own rhythm. They help other families begin. Referral recognition is separate from your family's Ember journey, and recognizes families who open the door for others.

🕯️

Covenant · 100 families referred

You made a promise to help another family find their way here. And they came.

🛡️

Watchman · 500 families referred

You kept watch not only over your own family, but helped hundreds of other families find theirs.

🏮

Lamplighter · 1,000+ families referred

You walked ahead and helped light the way for a thousand families who followed.

These recognition tiers are symbolic. They carry no ownership, payout, or transferable value. They cannot be bought, sold, or traded.

Real benefits. Separate from recognition.

The recognition is one thing. The benefits are another. Benefits are connected to real activity within the community, not to owning a badge or reaching a symbolic tier.

🎁 A free month for referring

When a family you invite subscribes for the first time, you receive a one-time thank-you credited to your account. Not a share of their payments. Not an investment return. Just a thank-you for bringing another family into the community.

🔓 Ongoing monthly credit

When your family reaches Emunah, you receive a $1 monthly credit for each family you referred that remains an active subscriber. The credit recognizes ongoing community contribution — it does not come from owning Emunah.

🕊️ Perks and family grants

As the community grows, we intend to introduce family grants, partner benefits, early access, and other community perks over time. These are intended benefits, not guaranteed returns. Nothing here is priced as an investment or promises financial appreciation.

Recognition is about what your family has done. Benefits are about what the community is doing. An Ember records a moment. A tier recognizes a journey. A referral mark recognizes the families you helped bring through the door. And any real-world benefit is based on actual participation and community activity. The badge never creates the benefit. The family does.

You get about 525,600 minutes every year. You won't remember all of them. You don't need to.

But some moments deserve to be remembered.

Show up.
Make the moment matter.
Leave an Ember.

Understanding Ember

Eight things every family
should know.

Written plainly. No jargon. No assumptions. Start anywhere.

Documentation

Every rule, in plain language.

For families who want the full picture: how Embers are earned, what each tier means, and how the Referral ladder works.

How the Ember system works

Every rule in one place: how Embers are earned, the five Ember tiers, and the separate Referral ladder for families who help others find their way here. All of it symbolic recognition, none of it a token or an investment.

The tier system — complete guide

Every tier explained in full. What earns each one, and what it means. Purely symbolic recognition, nothing to buy and nothing that runs out.

Ember Guides

Most apps extract value from the families who use them. Family Basecamp intends to return it.

An Ember Guide is a family that understands the system deeply enough to help other families understand it too. They have skin in the game. They share because they believe — not because they're told to.

What an Ember Guide is

An Ember Guide is a family at Flame tier or above who has committed to understanding the Ember system fully and helping new families understand what they're building together. Not a salesperson. Not a recruiter. An educator who happens to benefit when the community grows.

When a family you've guided reaches Flame tier, you earn 3 bonus Embers automatically. Not because you sold something — because you helped a family build something real.
